Tony is an international development executive and a serial entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience managing and implementing private sector, development and relief programs in conflict and post conflict regions. He managed programs supported by USAID, DOS, EC, SIDA, DFID and UN programs in the United States, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Libya, Turkey and Jordan.

Cory is an experienced program management professional and international development expert. He is an attorney and Juris Doctor, member of NY and VA Bar Associations and a University Fellow and PhD candidate in the Social Sciences
